Re: A new Trespasser patch/update (Trespasser CE)
Welcome! Upgrades to Tres are always welcome. CE works well although since the source is not available, it can't be updated. LtSten here is a programmer, you might ask him if he's interested in the topic.

Re: Magazines in the intro sequence
Huh actually, at least in retail, the Twilight Zone voiceover is in the town. You might be thinking of "It's like a scene from the end of the world..."

Wow Anne's plane might have been from the future.
When she came back to the mainland, possibly lots of time had passed Lol..

Re: Revisiting the Emily and Modding
Not sure if it is a related issue, but I have an issue on my laptop where GeomAdd cannot find a level if it is in the full filepath going to CE\mods\FMs\data, and so each time I use GeomAdd on a level, I have to use my solution of putting the level inside a folder in the root directory with the same...

Looking great. Didn't realize velocity-set could do this.

Re: Trespasser TresEd Tutorial Video Series
Thanks. Still unsure which is a better format, video or text, but I enjoyed making these. I guess a page of text can be easier than pausing a video, but then maybe it's less hard to get lost watching it happen on a screen.

Re: 20th Anniversary of Trescom Community Level
TrespasserGuy still has the level. Sadly he has been the only one really working on it for a while, save DeadEyeGuy's model updates. I have been on break from modding to do tutorials and things. I'm not sure what the forecast for release is.

Re: Creating a full body for Anne
Drac wonders how DeadeyeGuy has the patience to figure out exactly how different grabbing positions affect storage, then remembers he is the guy who bounces guns off of raptor corpses and catches his guns mid-air.

Re: Revisiting the Emily and Modding
morningstarring! Welcome back. Glad to have new things from your way. What've you been up to apart from glass guitars? Hmmm you are doing some nice pioneer work here. Or at least things which are not well documented. I have noticed before the some actions only work with specific kinds of triggers. I...

Re: Physics Issues With Anne
It will not extract textures however, so either get that with TresEd and place in the same folder, or if you have Anne already in your level, just use replace mesh and instances. I haven't tried just replacing mesh but that should work as well, as she will be placed at 0,0,0 otherwise. Hmm, I have ...

Re: The Beach HD finally complete.
I had to downscale my ambitions a ton when the level just kept bugging out. Working with that level added a factor of over-detail that most beginning modders don't have to tackle. I'd say for a next project start smaller. I have a few tutorials in the Tres tutorial section that might help. PS: I th...

Re: Physics Issues With Anne
Wow what an issue. I wonder if you are the first to ever notice it. Strange fix of an old GeomAdd.. Interestingly enough, I noticed a different error many years ago which now seems to be the same thing. You point out how Anne's arm is different from import compared to retail. Well, years ago I reali...

Re: The Beach HD finally complete.
Fun to see this level get additional attention. It's one of just a handfull of levels that focus on environmental detail. So happens that Lost Jungle HD is also a remake of another member's level lol. I wonder what other levels would work with HD revisits.

Haha that would be neat. Huh what are the dates again? Technically the game mentions both the Hunter-landing date and Anne's arrival date.Well, now we need to see if there's anyone Minnie Driver-like in the background during that scene...

Re: Birthday Gift to Trescom members
Drac cracks open the archive. Huh Euoplocephalus! So neat to have one, thanks. I'm a fan of this dino due to the unreleased Chaos Effect toy. download.jpg A note, the ".orig" files made by TresEd aren't needed for release, they are just generated as backup files. Drac goes into the level ...
