Cool lookin' raptor. 8)

I see a similarity of graphics with Tres here; Mayan Ruins in particular.

It's from the Half-Life mod, "Gunman Chronicles", another Windows game in which apparantly, I am the only person in the world neurotic enough to attempt, and succeed in running under Linux.
(Gunman was considered a failure too, and can now be bought at a lower price than Trespasser.)

Here's some more shots of a bronto and a compy. The compys come after you in packs! You have to blast them left and right to get 'em off you! By the way, that Pterodactyl in the shot with the bronto, flies overhead continuously.

I just picked up the game for five bucks, Dan. Have no idea when I'll get the time to play it though. (I still haven't started playin' Angel of Darkness yet (TR))

You found it in the grocery store right? LOL! I saw a copy at our local Ingles for the same price!!
GC isn't by any stretch of the imagination in the same league with Ha-f-Life, but, for 5 bucks it's an ok mindless shoot'em-up!

:D

Staples bargain bin. There's stuff in there for a buck! I'll get around to it eventually. Level work first, Laura Croft after that, then maybe the shoot 'em up.

... .. I'll assume that the half life engine is better than this (though this game just doesn't take advantage of it), Dan, but this game doesn't impress me at all. I've tried, but I just can't get into it -- :?

Yeah, it's pretty hard to stay focused in it. The only thing that will keep you going is wanting to see what lies around that corner.. The sound in the game is terrible, and the game play is... well.. kind of childish, BUT, I thought it was worth the 5 or so dollars I paid for it. :) Between Gunman and Half-Life? Absolutely NO COMPARRISON! Half-Life is just plain brilliant when it comes to keeping you engaged, and the graphics and sound are FAR superior to Gunman. I guess I've played through H-L completely over a dozen times and am thinking about starting it again! :) Give H-L another try Rebel, from the start. You may feel differently about it now.
