No need to be sorry if you have anything new to say.

I dunno. I don't think enough time passes in the retail game, but TWO whole days? Hmmm actually you know, now that we have a new level "set" with 11 instead of 8, I should remake the time-of-day setup to account for that. Though, I think most new reloaded discussion will ultimately be taking place at Tresgame, mind you...
First off, this is how the previously agreed upon time-of-day progression would look when adding in the new levels.
BE - Dusk/Gathering clouds~starts raining
IJ - Night/Raining on-off~stops raining
PH -
JU -
IT - Night/Starry
PL - Early Dawn/Misty~light fog
PV - Late dawn-Morning/Light fog~clearing
LAB - Noon/Scattered clouds
MV -
AS - Afternoon/Scorching sun
SUM - Dusk/Pretty clouds
Now I'll try to adjust it with the new levels in mind, and see how much time it ends up taking..
BE - Afternoon / Partly cloudy
IJ - Evening / Cloudy, thunder heard
PH - Dusk / Gathering clouds ~ starts raining
JU - Night / Raining on-off ~ stops raining
IT - Night / Starry
PL - Dawn / Misty ~ light fog
PV - Morning / Light fog ~ clearing
IL - Noon / Partly cloudy
MV - Afternoon / Scattered clouds
AS - Afternoon / Scorching sun
SU - Dusk / Pretty clouds
This would make the game take about 1.25 days I guess.

The only thing I'm not comfortable with in this last version is how long the second "afternoon" is stretched out, to allow for machf's scorching sun while ascending Mt. Watson. If we somehow disregarded that, MV (for those who haven't seen, this ("Mayan Village") is what tatu and I have renamed the first Ascent level so that all levels can have only 2 characters) could get the scorching sun, AS could be at dawn and SU could be at night.
