trespasser beta curiosities

With trespasser ce turn on fly in the beta96 town level. Then fly past the barricade at the end of one of the roads and keep going into the mountain. I was seeing something interesting. Also in the beta 96 power plant level in between the giant power transformers and the throw switches along the wall you will see rows of small boxes with buttons on them. Three of the buttons work and if you press them you will get what I thought sounds like victory music.

Indeed - IT used to extend more into the East. Tatu's version of IT shows what this looked like (from developer files he acquired). Sam/hppav once came up with a possible arrangement of additional roads based on ground foliage placement, too.

Very astute! :P Yes that is part of the puzzle to get through the level.

Thanks for your town level tatu. Is there any way to load it? It crashes while loading in trespasser ce. I noticed there is no it-130.spz file. Is that file important?

.spz is not important if you have the .swp. Be sure to move the basefiles into the version you want to try out. It's been a while so I don't remember if it was playable in Trespasser, it works in TresEd tho.

There is not much point to play it in Trespasser at its state anyway since they are kinda direct port from their 3ds Max files, which means almost all objects are missing physics and script.

Tatu - where is your version of IT which is "most complete", using Max/beta/retail versions?

Uh... it says it needs some sort of code because it's encrypted or something.

Tatu your most complete it level crashed while loading in trespasser ce.
