Hmm. Maybe I'll give this a go and see what it produces.
Next model you export, make sure to check the bottoms! If Max shows faces there but Tres doesn't, you need to select the faces that will disappear in Tres and use the "Flip Normals" tool to reverse the direction they are facing.
When you say give it a go then if you mean use my files then it should be all black since the directories for the textures are for my computer. But if you are going to make them yourself then i'll give you my texture folder if you don't already have one for each one.
Draconisaurus wrote:*sigh* Slash_Master used to have a level full of JPOG models... was quite cool, wish we still had it. *wonders if Tatu knows anything about it*
The only level I know which have stuff that looks like it is from JPOG is this WtJP level. Doesn't contain much however.
Now I got most of the models and they were already fixed so now I would have to work out a map design. Perhaps go with my old thriving park With some dinosaurs on the inside and then massive herds on the outside. Dtill need a visitor center and ranger station though.
Ok, maybe a herd of two.
So far I have been editing the level tatu supplied us, nothing special, just adding pathways, a few fences, and a few shops. I'm only using what was in the level right now but ;ater I will add a shelter and more of the scenery and trees.
As far as I know, the most active dinosaurs you can have while in CE is 6. If you use CE's override and increase the number of possible active dinosaurs, while it does work properly, other objects will suddenly lose all their physics.
