Need help with my Dutch Tres website

Last year, I've done lots of work on my Dutch Trespasser website. Most of its content is done,
and I have a clear picture in my head of what effects I want for images, what font, colors etc.
to use.

I just can't for the life of me seem to be able to find a design or template to my satisfaction
that I can use for the content I've prepared. I could really use some help with both that and
someone who might be able to whip up a logo and/or maybe some other graphics for the
website.

Is anyone here able/willing to lend me a hand with this? Any help would be greatly appreciated,
