Trespasser Collector's Edition (2001)

Post by scallenger »

I never got this version of Trespasser when it was released. Is the disc identical in content/setup to that of the retail? Does it also come with a different booklet?

There's a collector's edition? I'm curious now too.

I don't think I heard that it really came with anything different but was always just wanting to have it anyway. ;) Too bad none of the Amazon UK sellers will ship to the US though. :(

I have this version too, nothing special about it though. It has two discs, one has the game,
the other has the manual on it. Maybe in several languages, I'm not sure. The discs are blue,
no Trespasser art on them though.

I've got this... Basically the same as Hilwo said..
I did a few HD scans of the cover a while back.. (post is here)

There's no booklet but a manual CD and of course the Tres CD... Nothing exciting. If there's anything of interest on the manual CD I could upload the documents...

Hmmm can you perhaps upload the entire 2nd CD? I mean it is out of print now. :(

Here's the info written on the disk..
1. Browse this 'Documents' CD, and open the ACROBAT READERS folder. Double click on the icon labelled with the language of your choice to install the software necessary to view the manuals on your PC.

2. Browse this 'Documents' PC, and open the MANUALS folder. This contains files for a number of languages. Double click on the icon of the language you wish to view.
And here's a few .zips containing the CD files:

Just the "DOCS CD/DOCS/ENGLISH" folder (download) (2.09mb)
Entire CD (download) (31.76mb)

And here's a picture of the CD... nothing special (the actual Tres CD is very similar to this, too):

Thanks LtSten! A copy of the french manual, cool!
I should probably get those covers up on the site too. Will do that at some point.

lol, TresCom seriously drove up the price for this game. What, only 50,000 copies sold of it when it was released? Something like that...
