trespasser 2

Post by prozack »

hey, does anybody know if there will be a trespasser 2? I have not heard anything, but i was wondering if any of you had. If you guys at trescom decide to make a sequal as a mod to another game I have the perfect game engine: the deus ex 2 engine. It has an encridible lighting and physics engine and is supposedly as easy to mod as unreal 2. I would gladly help you guys out in any way I can chould you decide to do that.

You mean, until someone here makes it :wink:

Hey don't look at me! ;) I'm good ok, but don't forget Tres was and still is an amazing masterpiece. I could give it a try but I doubt I could make better than it is now...

Tho I got into game programming some more lately;

Maybe someday I'll be skilled enough to re-write the Tres engine... :)

I can already feel people looking at me :wink: Writing a complete game requires a huge amount of work, so I think a Trespasser mod for another game is more likely. New games such as deus ex 2 are making use of physics engines (eg. Havok and Mathengine), but I haven't seen any yet so I don't know how good they are.

Great screenshots Remdul, not only are you an excellent modeller, but a programmer as well!
