I would just counted the books as a vague reference point, since the movies dramastically differ from the books at some point. I mean, Hammond doesn't die, the avary(sp) doesn't show up until movie 3 plus it's on Site B (versus Isla Nublar), and they completely rewrote the story for TLW.

Howdy Guest, and welcome. Might I suggest that you register, it would kinda help out. :)

It's been more than 12 years since I posted on this thread - and this is only my fourth post in total! I really, really didn't want to spam, but after such a long absence, I just had to revive this old thread.

Back on topic.. (hah) the smeared bloody handprint in the lab still perplexes me. I've been watching a playthrough by Research Indicates (a video that was released 5 years ago - what the hell is with these time scales?!) and I noticed it again, bringing me back to this original post, by me, of all people. Weird.

Perhaps my latest theory reflects my current optimism, but I like to think that whoever left that handprint behind was quickly airlifted off the island. There's no evidence that they were left behind, although there's no reason to think that remains would..... remain...... considering the island's inhabitants.

This game is f****** amazing, to draw me in after all this time.

Hehe.. I'm still in favor of the idea that the daycount-whiteboard goes to a dropped Lab puzzle where you use a dead employee's hand to access the CRAY..
