full patch d/ls

Whee can I d/l the full patch?
I know you guys have a d/l page for this....but the mirrors no longer provide the d/l and fileplanet no longer provides it apaprently. (I tried d/ling it multiple times from there and all I got was some 22 byte 'fullpatch' file. No explanmation here)
Anyone have any links?
