I need to load some of those new levels but it auto selects my pid from another location so I want to select the pid that is in the folder my .swp is in.

If it auto selects from another location it means you have the game installed, and TresEd is reading the level from your TresCD folder. Go to it and move all the levels into another location or uninstall the game, that will fix it.
