I really, really do not think the Spino was a quadraped as they depict him there. Seems pretty silly with the kind of hands he had. The rest of the stuff seems okay or better.

As correctly shown in the picture, theropods can't rotate their wrists. So unless there's unique evidence that his arms were specially built to do that, it's not true.
