I didn't know about those other spino sounds...but why use generic sounds....the spino needs it's own distinct sounds...



And I didnt growl into a microphone, I don't know why you'd think I did that.

Ah I see...what I meant by that was I made new sounds for it by altering and combining animal sounds...

Just found this thread nice work on the dinos but they dont do much of any thing, I noticed that there was no coding for hunger or anything like that, they turn around quickly in the box and then they just stand there :o a little dissopointing no sound either I uploaded the file like the instructions said but nothing give me some pointers please :cry: :oops: :cry:

P.S. where is the invisible carnotor is it in a diff. lvl?
Edit: I just found out a way to make a highly camoflagued dinosaur, working with tpdc :mrgreen:

About your sound problem:
you must have done something wrong.
- Unzip the files in a folder on your desktop
- make a backup of your effects.tpa and copy one of them in the unzipped folder
- run the bat file
- re-copy the stream into your tres folder
It should work, unless you have sound card problems or something.

BTW, I don't think the invisible carno has been released yet.

The "invisible" carno is still being worked on. The dinos weren't really made to do anything to leave the script editing completely up to the user when they put them in a new level.

got the sounds working and I must say... OWOWOWOWOWOWOW Those thigs just leaped out of the boxs and started to attack me unless they got stuck in the box. that was awsome I will use those dinos :mrgreen: :yes:

I can't see, your screenshot is too small.
FYI, the topic is mostly about Carnotaurus, not Xmas gift. The only reason why we are talking about Xmas gift is because it has a Carnotaurus in it. :P

When will the new carno get out? I forgot. :? Was it JPDS?

Did I say stream.tpa? *looks at former post* Oops, I did, I meant effects. *edits post* Did you put those sounds in steam?

yes the boxes squished them in horriffing ways and I first copied the effects.tpa from the tres cd floder when I had todo it from the dreamworks folder :P
