Crashing on TC Isle

Post by mega raptor »

Everytime I get near the downed plane on TC Isle, I crash. I could only get near it the first 2 times I played the level. Why is this?

Are you playing in software mode? The same thing happens to me. It doesn't do it inn hardware. According to Rebel,

Same thing also happened to me in software mode. Just switch to hardware.

Either screwdriver works. You can't play in software mode, nor can you play the hi_rez with a crappy machine.

Good question. I'll have to ask MadPpiper as I'm not certain if that file was replaced or not. :|

I have to re-install TC-Isle after playing a couple of times. After those times I'm still able to start and play, but I can no longer change the settings and/or screen resolution. Doesn't really bother me, it only takes a minute to re-install. But since this is the beta version, I thought I'd let you know, just in case you guys haven't heard about this one yet.

That happened to me a few times, too, when I first installed it... it may have something to do with the fact that the config file had the video adapter in Engish, while my OS is in Spanish... it hasn't happened since I reinstalled for the last time configuring the game with the proper adapter.
