Question about the ascent 2 walkthrough

Post by mega raptor »

I read in your walkthrough that an albertosaur is somewere near the beggining of the ascent 2, but I've played the level and explored the area and gone to the basement in tresed and I never see it. So I was wondering, does it have something to do with the versions or something?

I know about the albertosaurs in ascent 1. The wierd thing is, I think I've seen reports about it in a sk8ers walkthrough, and I think in another walkthrough. So, were is it? And does it have anything to do with a diffrent versions, or does that effect almost nothing of the real game?

I'm sure there was an Albert... in the beta of the game.

I bet a lot of walkthroughs were based on the beta, which is why they aren't 100 percent correct.

It's interesting to find out how different it was, though.
For example, aside from that trailer which the T-Rex could send rolling in the Lab level, I've just noticed from the VIVO video that, on the Beach level, there was a time when you could access the monorail terminal from the other side (you'll see the gates opening and Anne going towards the stairs).

Regarding that trailer, this picture shows that it's not the same as the one used to climb on top of the building near the entrance:

If you look careful, you'll notice the "T-Rex toy" trailer near the right edge of the screen, behind the tall tree... (look for two thin black stripes with a thicker white ban sandwiched between them)

Compare it to

Location: 1200.8, 1515.2, 15.8
Facing: 0.4, 0.9, -0.1

where you will see the whole building in the back, not blocked by the trailer.
