i have once made a paper model of the HMS Invicible with fully working guns and rotating propeller, and then raged war against the legions of the sea.
if i had better stronger paper next time maybe...
for now i can make a space shuttle to get into space, kick alien ass.
i coudlent figure out why the challenger had many less parts to it, noticed though the general is to make the main shuttle itself. i'll give it a try soon, papers getting a bit dusty and printer.

Post some pics (if you can) when you're done with it.

I think Challenger has less parts as it didn't go through as many upgrades as the others (seeing as it was the first destroyed).
I might have a go making one. I was looking for good paper models the other day for the Voyagers and Rangers. Everyone post pictures when you finish!
