Wow, they planned on putting "their own" computers into the game? That would have been cool! It looks kinda like the first computer I had (technically, it wasn't mine - it was my mums.. )

We had an old PC in the garage that looked nearly exactly like the section below the DWI. Even had the same clock speed display on the front. I believe it was from 1994 however it went for a trip to the dumpster a few months ago.
